Follow These Steps to access your BGE account:

1. First Enter the BGE Login address or URL into the address bar of your browser:

2. Then on the empty text field under USERNAME, enter your Username or your User ID

3. Click or tick off the box next to REMEMBER ME so you don’t have to login each time you access your account

4. Finally, click the CONTINUE button to proceed to the next step wherein they will be asking for your Password

 (*Most login pages now prefer to separate Username and Password credentials for added security)



Are you having trouble logging in?

If you're still having trouble logging in, you can follow these steps to retrieve or reset your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

1. Under the text field of the User ID, click the link that says FORGOT ID? 

2. Then follow the instructions there and provide the needed information to retrieve or reset your Username. In this case, all you have to do is enter the email address you used to register at

3. Once you have entered the required information, click on the SUBMIT button, and your User ID will be sent to that email address

4. If you still cannot log-in, try to reset your password. To reset your password, enter in your User ID first on the empty text field on the login page. Then, next to the FORGOT YOU USER ID link, click the link that says /PASSWORD? 

5. Follow the instructions there and provide the needed information to retrieve or reset your Password. The password will then be sent to the email address registered to your account.
